Putin signs bill cutting payroll tax for small business to 15%
MOSCOW, Apr 1 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin signed into law on Wednesday a bill cutting the payroll tax for small and medium business to 15% from 30%.
The law enters in force on Wednesday.
